A New Meaning of Personnel Management

Anna Hamilton has developed a new Human Resources platform concept inspired by the Japanese philosophy of one’s life purpose (Ikigai); encompassing a wholistic life cycle way to tailor ones’ employee journey according to character, ambition, personality and life priorities.

[i]kigai is ready to guide and evolve meaningful life/work, for measured employer productivity and for the betterment of the employee. It will create a fully individualized Employee Value Proposition and Employee Journey that will fit for one’s purpose and receive maximum value from every penny an organization invests in its personnel. It allows significant employer cost-savings.

In stark contrast to existing Human Resource Information Systems, [i]kigai will usher in a new era and reset the worldwide HR landscape for a better future. It is even more relevant in a post-Covid-19 world and will allow flexibility and dynamics required by the volatile and uncertain world we live in.

[i]kigai will allow companies/organizations to create a real inclusive culture, being able to hire and retain people of all generations, cultures, personalities, and give more opportunities to the people with special needs. It will change the face and management of personnel management and we invite interested parties to contact us.
